2. Services Provided

ComplyEdge provides software and support services to assist suppliers in complying with the requirements of the Hong Kong Convention, IHM guidelines, and EU Ship Recycling regulations. This includes the creation and management of Material Declaration (MD) and Supplier Declaration of Conformity (SDoC).

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to ComplyEdge is accurate and complete. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Limitation of Liability

ComplyEdge will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. ComplyEdge’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the user.
